Raymond is an experienced, results-driven professional with a strong understanding of guiding cross-functional teams in planning, developing, and launching technology solutions. A communications-based background with a strong knowledge of the organizational structure bolsters his ability to initiate, prioritize, and implement a wide variety of projects and objectives. Raymond holds a Master’s degree from Liberty University in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Radford University. He also holds certifications as a PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI (Project Management Institute) and a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) from the Scrum Alliance.
