Jay Henderson joins AWL as a Strategic Communications Consultant, supporting our clients at Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Health and Human Services, where she will bring to bear her deep experience in communications, project management, and operations.
Jay has worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs for going on four years, wearing many hats to seamlessly support multiple VA stakeholders. She is an MS PowerPoint wizard, MS SharePoint administrator, Scaled Agile administrator, User Experience Designer, deft onboarding manager, and seamless navigator of standard operating procedures and performance, creating efficiencies to enable high-performing teams.
